Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head broccoli, chopped and cooked
1/2 c. butter
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (Velveeta)
3 c. chicken broth
Preparation
-
Saute onion in butter (but don't brown onion).
Add flour to butter mixture to form consistent batter.
Add remaining ingredients (except broccoli) and cook until well blended and thickened.
Add broccoli.
