Chicken And Rice Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper (black)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/3 chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. pimientos
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
Preparation
    Heat margarine or butter in a square pan until melted.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Mix well, then add milk and broth; stir until it gets thick.
    Combine all of the ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
