Black Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. black beans
2 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. vinegar
hot sauce to taste
8 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Pressure cook the beans and water for 1 hour.
While the beans are cooking, saute the onions and oil in a small skillet.
When the onions are soft and slightly browned, turn the flame to low and add the garlic powder and cumin.
Stir a few minutes and remove from heat.
When the beans are done, drain and save the liquid.
Mash the beans and add onions, 3/4 cup bean broth, vinegar, salt and hot sauce.
Mash well!
Top with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, etc.
