Chile Relleno Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mild Cheddar cheese
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
2 large (14 oz.) cans whole green chiles
6 eggs
1 large can evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Grate and mix cheeses together.
Layer chiles and cheese in baking dish.
Beat eggs and combine with milk, salt, pepper and flour.
Pour over chiles and cheeses.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until mixture bubbles.
Serves 8 to 10.
