Italian Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. large shells
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook shells according to package directions.
In a large bowl, combine the Ricotta, Mozzarella, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, pour in half of spaghetti sauce.
Spoon the cheese mixture into the cooked shells and place into dish, open side up.
Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
