Crusty Herbed Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium-sized head cauliflower
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped
    1/4 c. parsley leaves, chopped
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower into medium-sized flowerets.
    Cook in steamer basket over simmering water in covered saucepan for 15 to 18 minutes, or until tender.
    Remove.
