Super Spud Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box hash brown potatoes (4 blocks)
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    bacon bits
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place hash browns (partially thawed) in casserole dish.
    I break mine into pieces.
    Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the potatoes.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
