Miller'S Special Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients

30 lb. pork
3/4 c. Tender Quick
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 1/4 Tbsp. black pepper
1/2 c. salt

Preparation

Grind all together and stuff casings or make patties.
Cut and prick casings with a fork and roast in oven, then process.
Put grease in cans that fries out while roasting.
