Chicken Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boned, skinned breasts, cut in bite sized pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    pinch of salt
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    2 c. sliced zucchini
    4 c. hot cooked fettuccine
    3/4 c. skimmed evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. fat-free chicken broth
    8 oz. stems and pieces mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. Alpine Lace or Weight Watchers fat-free Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Spray a large nonstick frying pan with nonfat cooking spray. Saute the onion and garlic in chicken broth.
    Add chicken and saute about 7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
    Add the zucchini and mushrooms.
    Saute until tender.
    Add the fettuccine and milk.
    Sprinkle the cheese on top and mix well.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
