Instant Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant rice
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. raisins
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except eggs, and vanilla.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat; boil 15 minutes.
    Slowly pour hot mixture into eggs, a little at a time, beating vigorously.
    Add vanilla, sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Let cool.
