Pepper Jelly And Pecan Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar red or green pepper jelly
    2 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese
    1 bunch green onions (tops and greens, chopped fine)
    1 cup chopped pecans
    3 tablespoons of mayo (may use less to get the consistency you want)
Preparation
    Mix cheese, onions, mayo and pecans.
    Roll into desired shape.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm or ready to serve. Pour pepper jelly of choice on top and serve with snack crackers.
