Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix margarine, sugar and eggs thoroughly.
    Sift together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
    Stir into margarine mixture.
    Roll into small balls.
    Roll balls in a mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake until lightly browned, but still soft.
    Cookies puff up at first, then flatten out.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes in preheated 400\u00b0 oven.
