Lo-Cal Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    sesame seed
    salt and pepper
    skim milk
Preparation
    Dip the chicken breasts in skim milk and roll in corn flakes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sesame seed.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes in a nonstick pan.
    Serves 4.
