Elephant Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium elephant
    2 rabbits (optional)
    1 bushel potatoes
    1 bushel onions
    1 bushel carrots
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut elephant into bite sized pieces, this should take about 5 days.
    Add enough brown gravy to cover.
    Cook over a kerosene fire for about 4 days.
    Add vegetables and simmer for a 1/2 day. Serves about 1,800 people.
    If more are expected, add rabbits, finely chopped.
    Stir well, as most people do not like to find a hare in their stew.
