Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 slices bacon (save grease)
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 small head cabbage
Preparation
    Fry bacon slices.
    Remove from grease and crumble bacon. Alternate layers of cabbage, onion, green pepper and crumbled bacon until skillet is full.
    (Put this in bacon grease.)
    Cook covered until cabbage is wilted and pepper and onion are done. Stir occasionally.
