Layered Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 large can refried beans
    1 large can black olives, chopped
    1 small can green chilies, chopped
    3 ripe tomatoes, diced
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Use platter with 1-inch sides.
    Spread refried beans on platter.
    Mash avocados in blender with lemon juice.
    Spread on beans.
    Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning together in bowl; spread on top of avocados.
    Sprinkle tomatoes, chilies and olives over sour cream.
    Top with shredded Cheddar.
    Refrigerate; can be made a day ahead.
