Orange Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. orange juice
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork chops.
    Brown in oil.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Add orange juice, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
    Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
    Add cornstarch dissolved in a little orange juice.
    Heat until bubbling and clear.
    Serves 4.
