Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. white bread crumbs or canned bread crumbs
12 large fresh mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Soak in mixing bowl.
Chop stems and add to crumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, eggs and Ricotta cheese. Blend well and stuff mushrooms.
Place on greased baking dish.
Put some oil and Parmesan cheese on mushrooms.
Bake 20 minutes.
