Chicken Casserole No. 4 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (4 lb.), cut up
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Cook
    chicken
    in
    water until tender.
    Cool and remove skin. Slice
    thin
    and refrigerate.
    Cook broccoli and cut in bite size pieces.
    In double boiler, blend milk, cream cheese, salt and garlic salt; stir in 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Place broccoli
    and sliced
    chicken
    in
    layers; top with remaining cheese.
    Bake
    at 350\u00b0
    for
    30
    minutes.
    Garnish with onion rings and bake 10 additional minutes.
