Jesse'S Corn Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. corn muffin mix
1/2 c. milk
1 c. creamed corn
dash of salt
dash of Tabasco
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute onion in butter (just until tender, do not brown).
Mix together muffin mix, milk, corn, salt and Tabasco.
Spread in a greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Top with a layer of onion and then a layer of sour cream.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
