Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. milk
2 c. rhubarb
1 (9-inch) unbaked crust
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, flour, salt and melted butter.
Beat mixture thoroughly.
Add milk.
Put rhubarb, cut in little pieces, in pastry lined pie pan.
Pour custard mixture over rhubarb.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat and bake until custard is set, about 40 to 45 minutes.
