Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
    1 small can creamed corn
    1/2 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 small onion, chopped and cooked until tender
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake in a skillet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until done.
