Chocolate Raspberry Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 stick unsalted butter
    1/2 c. seedless raspberry jam
    2 Tbsp. Chambord
    1/2 c. sifted unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation
    In a saucepan, bring cream to a boil over moderate heat. Remove from heat.
    Add chocolate, stir until melted and smooth. Add butter bit by bit, stir until smooth.
    Stir in jam and Chambord.
    Chill in bowl for about 4 hours.
    After chilled, roll into small balls (1/2 to 1 inch diameter) and roll in cocoa powder.
    Chill on waxed paper for about 1 hour.
