Chicharrones De Pollo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken parts (legs, thighs, wings)
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    Goya Adobo
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. Goya extra virgin olive oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 lemon and 1/2 lime, juiced
    1 packet Sazon Goya con culantro yachiote
    Goya corn oil for frying
Preparation
    Cut parts into morsels and discard wing tips.
    Season well with adobo.
    Mix rest of ingredients, except corn oil, and pour over chicken.
