Cold Spicy Szechuan Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Chinese noodles or thin linguine
6 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. hot chili oil
1/3 c. water or chicken stock
1/4 c. peanut oil
1/2 c. sesame paste
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
4 to 5 garlic cloves, minced to taste
5 scallions, diced
1/2 c. toasted sesame seeds
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold water.
Press rest of ingredients except sesame seeds and scallions in a blender, food processor or mixing bowl.
Blend well.
Add sesame seeds to the sauce and pour over the cold noodles.
Sprinkle with the scallions and serve immediately or refrigerate.
