Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salad dressing mix
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 can tomatoes
    3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. fennel seed
    1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
    1 lb. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Melt 4 tablespoons butter in saucepan.
    Add onion, salad dressing mix and tomatoes.
    Simmer, stirring, until liquid evaporates.
    Combine beef, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, 1/2 of Parmesan cheese, 1/2 of parsley, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper. Mix well and brown in remaining butter.
    Add to tomatoes mixture. Add tomato paste, water, sugar and remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 45 minutes.
