Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Cook over low heat (like candy) until forms ball in water and it forms a golden brown in color.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla; stir until it cools.
    Spread on cake.
