Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 (5 oz.) jar Roka Blue cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    finely chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Let cheeses and margarine soften about 10 hours.
    Mix ingredients together, except nuts.
    Roll into a ball.
    Let harden, then roll into nuts.
    Refrigerate at least 5 hours.
