Sweet Potato Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes (1/2 medium potato)
    1 small ripe banana
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. granulated brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg yolk
    2 Tbsp. raisins or currants
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Coat 5 cups of a standard muffin tin with nonstick baking spray.
    Put all ingredients into food processor and puree.
    Stir in raisins and spoon into muffin tins. Bake for 45 minutes.
    Unmold and serve when cool enough to eat.
