Cheese And Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. biscuit mix such as Bisquick
1 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. water (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
If too dry, add 1 tablespoon of water.
Form into balls, one-inch in diameter (not too smooth or uniform).
These can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
