Tomato Soup Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes plain gelatin
    1/2 c. water
    1 can tomato soup (do not add water)
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. diced bell pepper
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. minced onion
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in water.
    Heat soup. Add gelatin, stirring well until it dissolves.
    Remove from heat and add cream cheese. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Cool.
    Fold in lemon juice, mayonnaise and vegetables.
    Pour into lightly oiled 1 1/2-quart mold. Chill 4 to 5 hours.
    Serves about 12.
