Hash Brown Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. hash browns, thawed
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. green chilies, diced
    2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 c. cooked ham, diced
    1/2 c. half and half or milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Blot shredded, thawed hash browns with paper towel.
    Spread in buttered 9-inch pie plate, press to form solid crust.
    Brush with butter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese, chilies and ham.
    Beat half and half, eggs, salt and pepper together.
    Pour over cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted at center comes out clean.
