Orange Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 whole chicken breasts, skinned
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. rosemary
Preparation

Spread chicken breasts open in a shallow baking dish, breast side up, not overlapping.
Sprinkle with onion and seasonings. In medium bowl, thoroughly blend flour with about 1/2 cup orange juice until smooth.
Stir in remaining juice; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, about 1 hour or until tender, basting occasionally with juice in pan.
Serve chicken over rice or noodles on warm platter.
Stir pan juices to blend and pour over chicken.
Yields 5 servings.
