Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 large potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. onion salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Cook and mash potatoes.
Add remaining ingredients to mashed potatoes.
Place in greased casserole.
Makes 8 cups. Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.
