Cream Of Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1/2 stick butter
    4 c. chicken stock
    6 medium zucchini, diced
    bouquet garni (2 parsley sprigs, few thyme, celery leaves and bay leaf in a tea ball)
Preparation
    In a skillet, saute onion in butter.
    In a big pot, combine chicken stock and zucchini.
    Add to pot onion, butter and bouquet garni.
    Simmer until zucchini is tender and remove bouquet garni. Puree soup in blender.
    Add 1 1/2 cups light cream (half and half).
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve hot or cold.
