Cauliflower Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes, until fork-tender.
    Drain and place in shallow baking dish. Combine soup and milk; stir in cheese.
    Pour over cauliflower. Sprinkle with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
    Garnish with bacon.
