Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh cranberries
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 c. flour
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Grind cranberries coarsely.
Add this to 1/4 cup sugar; set aside.
Sift together 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Blend in milk, melted butter, eggs, orange rind and nuts.
Fold in cranberry mixture.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
