Quick Beef Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 c. tomato juice
    2 c. beef broth
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef in a 3-quart saucepan, stirring to crumble; drain off drippings.
    Return beef to saucepan.
    Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
