Herb Oven Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole frying chicken, cut up
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 stick butter or margarine
celery salt
onion salt
ground black pepper
Preparation

Roll stuffing with a rolling pin until as fine as bread crumbs.
In a paper bag, put herb bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
Shake well.
Melt butter or margarine in a medium saucepan.
Sprinkle cut up pieces of chicken with pepper, celery salt and onion salt.
Dip cut up chicken parts in margarine and place in bag.
Shake until chicken is well-coated.
Place chicken in ungreased baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 until done (about 1 to 1 1/2 hours).
