Chicken Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box rigatoni noodles
2 chicken breasts
2 c. raw broccoli
1 c. sliced carrots
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 can water chestnuts
1 red pepper, sliced thin
1 fat-free Italian dressing or Ranch dressing
Preparation

Prepare noodles as directed.
Grill chicken breasts until cooked thoroughly and chop into chunks.
Chop all raw vegetables into small chunks.
