Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    9-inch graham cracker crumb crust, baked
Preparation
    In medium glass bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Cook on Medium 3 1/2 to 4 minutes; stir twice.
    Pour cheese mixture into pie crust. Cook at Medium-low for 7 to 8 minutes or until center is almost set.
    Chill at least 3 hours or overnight.
