Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of ground nutmeg
    2 c. milk, scalded
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients.
    Add milk and butter; mix well. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour or until mixture is firm.
    Makes 6 servings.
