Lemon Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1/4 c. poppy seed
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 370\u00b0.
Beat cake mix, eggs, oil, water, pudding mix, poppy seed, lemon peel and lemon juice all together for 2 minutes.
Pour into generously buttered and floured Bundt or tube pan.
Bake according to instructions on cake mix box.
Cool 30 minutes in pan, then invert onto a plate.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
