Zucchini Casserole #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini, sliced 3/8-inch thick (7 c.)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Steam together zucchini and onion about 20 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
    Drain.
