Oatmeal Cookies (Soft-Moist-Chewy)(Makes 5 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    1 c. margarine
    1/4 c. white sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix
    3 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda and salt.
    Set aside.
    Cream margarine and sugars.
    Add pudding mix and beat.
    Then add eggs, one at a time. Beat well.
    Then gradually stir in flour mix.
    Finally stir in oats and raisins.
    Batter is stiff.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, 2-inches apart.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
