Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. regular sausage
    6 eggs
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    green onion tops, chopped
    bread
Preparation
    Cube enough bread to cover bottom of casserole.
    (Remove crust.)
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Mix eggs, salt, mustard and milk.
    Layer sausage over bread, then cheese.
    Repeat layers of eggs, cheese and sausage.
    Pour egg mixture over eggs, cheese, sausage and bread.
    Put chopped onion over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    This does well prepared the night before and kept in refrigerator.
