Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 can cream-style corn
1 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. sugar
1 medium onion, diced
2 oz. pimentos, diced
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all together.
Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
