Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (9-inch) pie shells
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into pie shells. Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 minutes longer or until knife comes out clean when inserted in the pie. Cool on rack.
