Turkey And Dressing Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 to 15 lb.) turkey
    2 loaves bread, dried and broken into small pieces
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. onions, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
Preparation
    Cook or bake turkey.
    Pick off bones and cut in small pieces. Combine all ingredients with juice from turkey, plus as much water as needed.
    Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0, stirring 2 or 3 times.
    Add more water during baking, if needed.
    Makes about 50 large sandwiches.
