Baked Artichokes With Eggs(Carciofi Al Forno Con Uova) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, cooked slightly
    3 cloves garlic, sliced thin
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Whisk eggs, salt and cheese.
    In a 10-inch glass baking dish, place 1/2 of the cooked artichoke hearts
    in one layer.
    Sprinkle 1/2 of the garlic, parsley and pepper
    on
    top of artichokes.
    Put the rest of the artichokes on top
    and
    repeat
    with the rest of the garlic and parsley. Pour egg
    mixture all over artichokes and sprinkle with olive oil, salt
    and pepper.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until eggs are set. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
